This indoor cycling class for EVERYONE is fun and energetic and will be sure to ramp up your heart rate and burn massive calories with HIIT (high intensity interval training). 

Our certified instructor(s) will keep you motivated with interactive games, great music and challenging sequences.  Be sure to bring plenty of water and ride it like you stole it!

Retro fitness is back!

Pump up your cardio and burn mega-calories in this fun class! We play great music from 120 to 128 bpm that will motivate you to move.  Our instructors take the time to teach you changes in choreography so you can feel confident in your moves!

Pound with Drumsticks

Perfect for all levels of fitness, this class combines drumming to to beat to the music with lightly weighted cardio sticks and pilates inspired movements.  Make some noise and feel your glutes, thighs, arms and core tighten up while you "rock out!"

Restorative Yoga

  • We dim the lights to help put you in a restful mood.

  • Not everyone who comes is flexible, that's why we have props.

This non-traditional class mixes traditional and beginner yoga elements; vinyasa poses for strength, hatha poses for flexibility and resting/restorative poses for healing and rejuvenation.  Find your inner peace with breathing exercises and finish each class with guided meditation, or just snuggle under your blanket and have a quick nap.

All equipment, including; mats, blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets are provided for your use and enjoyment.

Chair Yoga

  • Geared to Seniors and those with limited mobility, arthritis and issues with their knees.

  • No worrying about getting back up from the floor

If you're interested in improving your flexibility, promoting mobility and even easing some of those aches and pains, then this class might just be for you!

This class is easy on the joints and you don't have to worry about getting up and down on the floor.  All poses are done seated in a chair or standing with the support of a chair.

 

Classes are very easy going and welcoming and we supply any equipment you may need.

Flow Yoga

Sometimes called "Power" yoga, this is a popular contemporary style of yoga.  In this class, we will connect our movements with the breath to flow from one pose to the next.  Vinyasa allows for a lot of variety, but expect to move your body and sweat a little bit.  Modifications are always offered for beginners.  A great way to get an impact-free and total body workout!

All equipment, including; mats, blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets are provided for your use and enjoyment.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is relatively gentle and slow.  It's great for beginners who prefer a more relaxed style where poses are held for several breaths.

This class includes breathing exercises that will help bring peace to the mind and body.

A cardio class inspired by kickboxing and martial arts! 

Learn simple fighting movements and put them together for a powerful and heart pounding, total body workout that engages your core for the whole session!

Between rounds, complete 30 seconds of cardio boosting exercise to ramp up the calorie burn!

Abs & Core

  • Yes, you will do planks.  They are an essential tool for core conditioning. 

  • Yes, your abdominal muscles will be sore the next day, or the day after.

Your "core" includes the muscles in your abdominals, hips and your back.  Expect to enjoy a variety of exercises on the mat and then progress to medicine balls and stability balls as you grow stronger. 

This class will help you to build a foundation of strength and power, as well reduce lower back pain and improve balance and posture.

As we grow, we plan to add more instructors and more classes to add variety to your choices and stay current with popular fitness classes.

Class Scheduling

Not all of our classes run every month.  Most of our instructors have full-time jobs and families.  Our class schedule is based on the availability of our instructors and the specific classes they are certified to teach, as well as the popularity of a class.
